Meet the Owner and Dentist
Dr. Caleb King has been practicing dentistry for 10 years, and his commitment to providing excellent dental care to his patients has remained steadfast throughout his career. He is passionate about saving teeth and giving people a smile they are proud of. He attended Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with the Academy of General Dentistry Award, given to the top two students in general and restorative dentistry. He was the recipient of a humanitarian award from the College of Dentistry and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
His passion for dentistry and his faith have prompted Dr. King to search for ways to serve others. He has traveled to Jamaica to provide free dental care to the underserved, and he has been named a Dentist of Distinction for his volunteer work at Nashville’s Interfaith Dental Clinic.
Dr. King and his wife, Melanie, live locally with their three children. They attend One Church Home in Fairview and enjoy being active members of the Fairview community. When he isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. King enjoys being outside with his kids and seeing the world through their eyes. They enjoy canoeing the Harpeth river, fishing Turnbull creek, and hiking at Bowie park.
Dr. King grew up performing banjo and guitar in his family’s bluegrass gospel band. He recorded nine CDs that feature his many original songs. Dr. King is also an artist who enjoys woodworking and painting. You'll see some of his works displayed throughout the office.
