At King Family Dental, we offer a full range of preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, including cleanings, teeth whitening, crowns, dental emergencies, fillings, clear aligner orthodontics, extractions, partials, bridges, veneers, implants, root canals, and dentures.

Fillings

Fillings are the most basic part of a dental practice, yet most people don’t entirely know what a filling is. Teeth naturally have grooves and divots in them, and over time, bacteria gets into those crevices. The bacteria eat the sugars that stick to teeth and create acid byproducts, which then eat a hole into the tooth. A filling is simply removing the decay and filling the hole. At King Family Dental, we only place modern white fillings.

Crowns

If decay creates too large of a hole in a tooth or if there is a crack in a tooth, a filling is not sufficient to fix the problem, and a crown is indicated. In simple terms, a crown is a helmet put over a tooth to protect it. This protective helmet prevents the tooth from fracturing and breaking. We use only white crowns that look just like teeth, so no one can tell that it's there. Modern crown materials are very esthetic and strong, providing long-term protection for a tooth. 

Veneers

You may have heard about celebrities and their veneers, but what exactly is a veneer? A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain glued onto the front of a tooth. It gives that glamourous, Hollywood smile.

Implants

At King Family Dental, we are passionate about saving teeth, but sometimes a break in a tooth is too deep and the tooth is not able to be saved. Often times an implant is the solution. Dental implants are one of the greatest tools we have in modern dentistry. Dentists practicing 50 years ago would have loved the option we have today of giving someone a new tooth with an implant. An implant replaces a tooth root with a titanium root and puts a porcelain tooth on top of it. It gives you a beautiful new tooth without requiring any modifications to the teeth around it. Implants stays in permanently, so you don’t have to take your tooth in and out.

Clear Aligner Orthodontics

At King Family Dental, we provide clear aligner orthodontics for adults. Clear aligners are a thin layer of plastic that covers your teeth and predictably moves your teeth to give you a great smile. We first do a digital mockup of what your teeth will look like after the clear aligner treatment. Clear aligners can strengthen your smile without traditional orthodontic wires. 

Dentures

We are passionate about helping people keep their teeth whenever possible, but sometimes the best option is a set of false teeth. We believe in making your set of false teeth look like a natural smile and not like a set of stock plastic teeth. 

Dental Emergencies

There are very few things that are worse than a tooth ache. If you are experiencing a dental emergency--such as pain, swelling, chipped teeth, or broken teeth--give us a call. We prioritize emergencies and will get you in as soon as possible.
